Hi,
You are viewing a unique home located on a cul de sac with 180 degrees of unobstructed views of Sugarloaf Marina , H.H Knoll Park and Lake Erie. This home is fantastic for a family, the park is 100 metres away. Park includes mini putt, splash pad , playground and restaurant during the summer. Watch the ships going into the Welland Canal and all the activity at the Marina . We are a 5 minute walk to the quaint downtown of Port Colborne , 30 minutes to Niagara Falls and Buffalo , 35 minutes to St Catharines and direct access to the Friendship Trail
The house has been completely renovated with all new appliances , heating, air conditioning, electronics and any thing you could ever wish for . There is a custom made library . ThIs house is like no other and we are looking for long term renters . A regularly tuned piano , fully stocked kitchen , tempur- pedic beds . 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV Crave TV and HBO. Sonos sound system. Top attic floor (not pictured) will be storage for our belongings and locked . Cleaning fee is 300$ per month as I will have a cleaning service come every other week which will include washing bedding and towels. If you do not want to pay for this service there is a monthly fee of 150$ per month
We also rent 14 cottages nearby so we have experience in making your stay the most comfortable it can be .We are also willing to discuss the possibility of your family using our second property 3 km away which has a private tennis court, private beach, equipment, shuffleboard and many other amenities on 14 acres of property.

Summary: Perfectly located for kids and cyclists. Swimming was terrific. Explored the area and loved the town. Deonna and Scott were great hosts. One of the best rentals we’ve had.

Summary: The property itself is very clean, roomy and well-maintained. We were just two of us staying there with our dog but it could easily accommodate a small family with 3 or 4 kids. Wonderful view from the deck, family room and the Master bedroom. Great kitchen that had all the appliances for everyday life, adequate storage for long-term stay and ideal location for the media room in the walk-out basement. Surely TV will not be a need when you stay in this house in Port Colborne, which I think is Canada’s best kept secret. The property owner lives in the area and with a text or phone call solves any issues that come up. They are a very nice couple who are helpful without hovering too much. There is a park for children to play within a few steps from the house and the marina itself is very quiet and calming during the walks. The property is in easy driving distance to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. The area abounds with wineries. One can make day trips to Toronto by train/car from here. On the whole we had an enjoyable and restful month staying in this property.
